RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Easy, no hassle returns! We are very confident that our items will meet and surpass your expectations.We want you to love everything you purchase from uppas.com. If you do not, we will give you either a refund or an exchange, as long as you follow these simple guidelines. You can return your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date*. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

  1. Contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Code for your returns.

  2. Print the Return Form, and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the shipping box on the front of the package so that it is clearly visible.

  3. Send your item(s) with original packing materials, return form to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges to return.We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "Gucci" or any other Gucci-related words on the outside of the package.

  4. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).

  5. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) minus original shipping charges will be fully posted to the original funding sources will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  6. When customers asking for a refund because of their own reasons, such as negligence or later changing the idea and so on, a 25% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Items that are returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed will be subject to a 25% processing (re-stocking)fee.
  7. We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packing. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days once the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges to return.
  8. We will not be responsible for the lose if the returned package get lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept to claim the compensate.
  9. Please make sure that the items are returned in a sturdy package (such as a padded envelope or box, similar to the way the items were originally sent). To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

    1.The Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.
    2.The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
    3. Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
    4.Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
    5.Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
    6.Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
    7.Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
    8.If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. This charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account.
